MISSION & KEY OBJECTIVE
We believe that the winners who are winners today were normal people back then, the significant changes they were able to create in their lives are because of their consistent efforts, hard work and belief in themselves.
Our mission is to empower the disadvantaged sections of rural society who have limited knowledge and means for better life. We want to make a difference in the lives of the needy by giving them the facilities that help them to shine their potential and live a dignified life. The focus of the trust is on following 3 areas:-
- Empowerment through education to poor rural children- Project Ankuran (अंकुरण)
- Facilitating access to healthcare for rural poor through awareness, medical camps, nutritional needs etc.- Project SEHAT (सेहत)
- Providing emergency aid to poor/ old people for meeting their immediate needs of food/clothing etc.-Project SAHAYATA (सहायता)
Project Ankuran (अंकुरण)
Children are the future of the nation. For an emerging country like India, wherein 2/3rd of the population live in poverty, the development of underprivileged children holds the key to the progress of the nation itself, and their education and health as the cornerstone of this progress.
Our objective is to deploy the best possible methodology and technology in order to render all possible help and the facilities to set up a school, college, public libraries, reading rooms etc. for use of students and villagers/farmers including all possible help and facilities to establish, maintain and run studentships and to render other kinds of aids to students including supply of books, scholarships, medals, study furniture, and other incentives to study, without any distinction to race, caste, colour, creed or sex.
Project SAHAYTA (सहायता)
The abject poverty in rural areas is still prevalent and there are people who fall into in distress at the slightest of situations. The trust while providing long term solutions through the empowerment of youth for making them knowledgeable, healthy and employable also endeavours to provide emergency support during distress situations to extremely poor people. The initiatives can range from the provision of food, clothing, etc.
Project SEHAT (सेहत)
A healthy mind lives in a healthy body. The trust believes that poor sections deserve good health which gives them the opportunity to earn a dignified living. The trust aims to provide health care through the establishment and/or assistance to set up dispensaries, hospitals, maternity care and vaccination centres for infants mainly in rural areas. We will enable them through continuous engagement and sensitisation of parents/family members including the members of the civil society to come forward proactively.
